Is the book goosebumps for kids or teenagers? because i don't want to read a book that is for kids?

they are intended for about 8-12 year old age range, Fear Street for the 13-15 or so and then he has a few non-series books that are adult horror (Superstitious is pretty good)Is the book goosebumps for kids or teenagers? because i don't want to read a book that is for kids?
I loved R.L. Stine when i was a young adult. I used to read his books religiously. The Goosbump books are for pre-teens. He's mainly a young adult author, so you shouldn't have trouble finding a book of his to read. He's also author a few adult horror novels, but he's mainly a young adult author. I read his work until I was around 18/19.Is the book goosebumps for kids or teenagers? because i don't want to read a book that is for kids?
It is aimed for preteens. Some of the stories might be too scary for young children. If you want to find scary books aimed at teen audiences you should check out R.L. Stein's other books which are a bit longer, a bit more challenging, and much scarier.

If you want something less childish, yet same genre, try FEAR STREET books. I used to love them when I was a younger.
