Underage sex, drinking, drugs, etc. are going on everywhere. It really saddens me - I am a teen as well with Asperger's Syndrome (autism) and it pisses me off how corrupt we have gotten.

we live in a society that promotes ';me first, do as you please'; without really thinking about things.
that and teenagers are still sort of children and children only think of themselves..they cant help it.
People are idiots and jerks. Im a teenager too and it drives me crazy how annoying they can be. Im just waiting until my high school reunion when I can come happy and successful while they are driving my taxi cab. Im sorry youve been bullied. I have a friend that is constantly bullied and made fun even though he is so awesome.
well, darl'n. They are taught to fear what other people fear, and to bully the disabilied kids. They also fear what they don't understand, so they either bully us or make fun of us. Teenagers want you to be like them, but could you imagine a whole world of one person, whom is bulling you, I mean how boring would life be then. I have a disability, the way that I deal with people making fun of me or bulling me, is I call them on it when they make fun of me, or since I am a farm girl, I challenge them to fight me. But, to my dismay they don't, something about a law or it's not right to hit a girl, some s^*t like that. But, cheers, hope you find your angel.
the teens that act this way are total rejects, have no sense of feelings, except for themselves, are into the drugs, drinking that kill their brain cells. by the time they are in their mid twenties, you and i will be watching them behave stupid like they are now.....while you [in your mid twenties] will be doing quite well in life, taking care of yourself and enjoying your life, and you did it without picking on people, making fun of people, and i know that friends and family are proud of you now and will also be proud as you grow up to become the lady that you are now......God bless you, hang in there, know that you are a good person, have kindness and respect towards others, and do the best that you can and that is all that anyone can ask of you or other people....
I am at a loss as to this also. My observation is that people with aspergers have better than average moral character, perhaps as a result of their tendency to live logically.

Look at the deer that has , just, given birth to her calf. Look at the birds , feeding her young.From the very moment of birth the ';parents'; care for the young. And becomes the greatest lesson for the young....LOVE.
In the earlier days the humans , too, displayed that feelings, instilling Love and care in the minds of the newborn and the young as they grew up.
Today, if you see young ones going wayward, seeking love from temporary sex. temporary drug and temporary drinks this is ONLY because they are ';LOVE '; starved. The mother does not want the kids. The fathet abandons the child. Where does the unwanted child go? Only to these alternatives . They actually want to show that they defy the system and rebel against the society. These banned things come in handy for them to fall back upon.
Only love and care for the kids , from the early stage in life can reverse the trend.. In your own case you say someone told you , you have autism and instead of empathising with you th ones around you have become insensitive. Ignore them Seek those who empathise with you , who love you. Your life willbe better
Cause toady's society teaches them to behave that way. So they learn if they aren't skinny, pretty/cute/hot/fine and dress in the name brand clothes and have lots of friends and pick on the people who don't have the same as them or are different from then they will get picked on. They are trying to live up to today's standards of teens. Yeah its the wrong standards but their competing for popularity. Most of them grow up once their out of high school cause they realize there ain't no large groups of kids around for them to impress and no one cares what they do. I am sorry you have to deal with their BS! Good Luck!
As for sex, drugs and alcohol lots of people experiment with those things. Some grow out of it quickly others need rehab. That's just a part of life. Everyone haves the ability to choose if they are going to follow in those footprints or make their own.
While i do not know what it is like to be in your skin, i do understand your frustration.
I think its because they are morons that think they are cool for doing it. I was picked on all the time through elementary, middle, and high school too, though for different reasons. I blame MTV
Unfortunately, we are raising a generation of spoiled brats. It's a ';me'; generation and they have no respect for anything or anyone. Very sad indeed!
i work with kids and adults with all types of disorders....first of all MOST everyone has experimented with drugs alcohol and sex...its human nature and growing up.....its nothing new....look at the 60's...not everything back then was leave it to beaver.....its part of growing up....puberty is not easy for anyone....!!!!!!!!!!
