Good first job for teenagers?

okay im turning 14 in like, half a month, and i want a job.

dont say mcdonalds because i am against mcdonalds.

i have a little bit of job/volunteer experience like babysitting, preparing dinner and serving dinner at my church for the needy, hospitality, paper route, but yeah, i need a different job.

any suggestions? (if you can try to include tips, or if you have any experiences, or if you know their pay rate, or anything, thanks!!!)Good first job for teenagers?
I know working fast food isnt the greatest, but honestly you have to start somewhere. If you can hang in a fast food joint for a while, employers will look at you better. Try a pizza place, fast food but not as bad as working at MCdonalds.Good first job for teenagers?
Im 14 and i got my working papers already (turning 15 this year) if your not in a rush wait until summer and get a job as a counselor (it was my cousin's first job and she is going to recommend me at the place) if you are in a rush just go to:

You can also get a job at the library easily and when you make a resume (my teacher made my class make one) make sure to put all that volunteer stuff in your resume it is really helpful and catches people's attention
okay. i'm sorry you cannot be 14 to get a job here ( i don't believe) i think you have to be 16. but i completely suggest working at starbucks! it is an amazing job and i get as many drinks as I want when I am working (and i don't even like coffee that much), i receive 1 pound of coffee free per week, as well as 8.60 per hour. you can also earn vacation hours so you can get paid for a certain number of hours even if you cannot work.

DO IT! IT'S AWESOME!! %26lt;3

(you also receive tips!)
dog walker. house sitter.
Get a newspaper and start looking.
Dairy Queen
I think you have to be at least 15 to get a working permit.

Babysitting is always good for cash though..
