Is there a diet that is suitable for teenagers?

teenagers shouldn't 'diet' so to speak.

they should just avoid common junk foods and eat a diet low in saturated fat, low in salt and sugar and high in good carbohydrates, protein and fruits and veg.

teenagers who diet can cause future dieting issues for themselves, stunt their growth and potential and just see themselves with more health issues than they would otherwise. their bodies are constanly changing and need all the nourishment they can get.Is there a diet that is suitable for teenagers?
Well of course! You can eat every 2 hours on this diet. But you must eat healthy small portions. The good thing about it,is that you won't go hungry!Your metabolism will speed up as well,so you'll burn more fat.The kind of food you should be eating on this diet are things such as:whole grains for breakfast,2 hours later...a snack, like blueberries, and then 2 hours later something else that's rich in protein. If your a carb lover, you can have brown rice which is the healthiest.I hope this helped.I could be more specific If you need me to be.Is there a diet that is suitable for teenagers?
either no diet and jsut lift wieths and run

or the 1/2 diet only eat halve of the portion like if you usualy have 2 slices of pizza jsut have one

or have halve a serving of whatever yoru eating it works wonders

BUT NO DIET IS HEALTHY OR EFFECTIVE UNLESS COUPLED WITH EXERCISE
I'd start with ';Don't be such a pig'; aka, take everything you eat, and take half home to the fridge, then, when you see it, You probably won't eat it, but if you hadn't taken it, you'd have stuffed it in. Other than that exercise and education on nutrition.
My teenaged son is on the same diet as me, except he eats lots of complex carbs for his high energy needs. He is lean, strong and healthly.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

Eat what you want but in moderation...Can't stress that enough. If not make sure you have 3servings of vegtables and 2 servings of fruit. Eat 5 to 6 tiny meals a day..And make sure you exercise at least three times a week about and hour and a half for best results...
