well my freind is involved with a 26 year old guy, but he is only 16. my freind wants to have sex with him but the guy is 26 and is worried. if my freind says its okay can he have sex with the guy..... and same thing goes with me and this college girl who is 22 and imm 16.Sex age for gay teenagers and adults?
Depends on the Age of Consent laws in the state in question. For most states 16 is age of consent, but in some states not.





On the other hand -- if you friend likes the 26 year old -- then I doubt he's telling anyone -- so???

I understand lust has no age limit but you both should try to use your minds instead of your bodies to make this choice. It's still wrong even if the 16 yo says it's ok. I'm 27 and I may say a 16 yo is hot but I'd never actually have sex with them. It's just what an older person should do for someone younger then them. Give them the respect of not letting them get caught up in a legal battle or stopping them from falling in love with someone they can't be seen out in public with on a date. I'm sorry but you're both just too young. It may not be what you want to hear but it's what's right. I personally don't see what someone 27 would see OK with having sex with a 16 year old. If it's real then it'll wait until it's legal.
This is a grey area.





There is the law, which is very plain.If you have sex with minor, they put you in jail and brand you a sex offender. so the 26 yo should be worried.





But love knows no age. And people of different ages have, do and will fall in love.





Just remember once you start having sex with grownups, you're no longer a kid. Your actions have consequences that may have lasting effects. Plus don't let some weird guy take advantage of how horny you are.
Obviously it is best when both people want to do it, although your local laws will be a better indicator then the people on this system.





i would probly imagine that for the 26 yo and for your 22yo that sex with you and your friend maybe an offence.
Technically it's still statutory rape cuz minors can't legally consent.
its called satsutaory rape-ever watched desperate housewives, the other person could regret it, the older one...
look up age of consent laws in your state either way that is horrid for an adult to sleep with a child
