Teenagers in my neighborhood keep screaming the N WORD as car pass.... what to do?

My neighborhood is mostly senior citizen, retired , caucasian people. Recently I've noticed these two teenage boys who are also caucasian, scream the N WORD as car pass by them on a small two way street. They have once yelled it at my car as I drove pass them. I have also seen them on 4 more occasions, always walking and yelling it. They are scream N word N word N word N word repeatedly. Can anything be done? It doesn't matter what race is driving or in the car. They still scream it.Teenagers in my neighborhood keep screaming the N WORD as car pass.... what to do?
Saying the word in itself is not illegal, but them screaming by the roadside could be a nuisance.


Next time they are doing it, call the police and tell them there are people being disruptive in the neighborhood and see how they think it should be handled.

Speak to all your neighbors and the next time the village idiots are out auditioning for ';Look how I got my butt kicked'; you need to all call in the complaint. Have a pen paper handy so you can write down a description of the fools and be willing to give a statement. If enough complaints are made then they eventually will be located and then mommy and daddy can learn that their kid aspires to be a buffoon when he grows up.
finding out where they live and making a complaint (done intelligently ) to their parents will more than likely put an end to these idiots screaming profanities, obviously these kids have too much time on their hands.


it's a shame teens aren't put to work or in sports so they could use their extra energy in a productive way and not spend soooo much time getting into trouble





eventually these kids are gonna yell at someone who isn't going to take it anymore and get themselves shot or pounded, unfortunately then the vigilante type person will be the one to face criminal charges
You can be the complaintant and sign on them after you call the police if you actaully hear it and it ';offends'; you. It's called disorderly conduct. The police will either do a juvenile referral, talk to their parents, do both, or respond so slowly the teens leave the area. If you know where they live and what they look like, you can just tell the officer that responds. Good luck.
this happens in my area of town also .. i usally call the police and make a noise complaint and say that the youths involved are screaming inappropriate things, such as racial slurs, etc... an officer should be dispatched and should handle the situation.
As the above posters mentioned, you can call the police and complain that they are being a nuisance. It is also possible they may suffer from a condition such as Tourette's or just not mentally stable.
Call the Police a report them as a distraction to drivers. Don't worry, one of these days they will screw up and scream it at the wrong someone and they'll get their aSSes kicked.
