You guys are so retarded!!! It's because they chose people who look young! Since they have a baby face, its easier for them to portray younger roles, and keep them for longer. Take me for instance. I'm 19, but I look like im 12 (no lie)! I get in trouble so many times at certain places because of my looks (going to the movies to see rated R movies, going into clubs, sometimes even driving). It's better for them because with the people having baby faces, they won't have to worry about replacing them with other characters after a short period of time. This isn't Disney related, but it's like Harry Potter. Daniel Ratcliffe aged so much over the years from movie to movie, but between book to book, he didn't age too much. Rumors had it that they were thinking about replacing him, since he looked too old for that part. It's just like that. Disney avoids that and chooses people who look younger for their age, so they can have them around longer. It also saves them money.Why are all the people in disney shows really old and act as teenagers?
there are Strict Child Labor laws in tv and movies-
Under 18's can work only a certain amount of hrs and have to have a tutor/home schooling and parent/guardian on the set
I have no idea because raven got kicked off when she turned 20 years because my children watch it.
