If you have any expansion that is Open for Business or newer, or any of the Deluxe versions, the cheat forcetwins will cause a sim to have twins, provided there are 6 or fewer sims living in the house. Having a pregnant sim eat cheesecake (came with Open for Business) will increase the chance of twins. I can help you. Your teenager cannot carry a baby but they can still have one. This is how:





-In the neighbourhood click ctrl+shift+c to bring up the cheat box.


-Enter exactly this: 'boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true' (without quotes) and press enter.


-Enter a household with a teenager.


-Press shift %26amp; click on any sim which brings up some of the boolProp menu. Scroll through the options %26amp; choose 'spawn' then on the new menu choose 'tombstone of l%26amp;d' A tombstone will appear.


-Click on the tombstone and click 'add new adult male' and a male will appear


-Select the male as your character and click on the tombstone and click 'get pregnant with...' then click the teenagers name. The male will then be pregnant with the teenagers baby.


-Click on the tomb then click on speed up pregnancy


-About 5 minutes later the baby will be born name it like normal


-In the teenagers memory it will have 'had 'name of baby' with the dummy logo.


-Move out the dad or kill him off then the teenager can look after the baby





Yes you can have twins, sometimes it just happens on its own if theres a history of twins in the family (daniel pleasant)

-Get the couple relaxing in bed


-Bring up the cheat box (ctrl+shift+c) and entert 'aging_off' without quotes.


-Make the couple try for a baby


-Hopefully a nursery rhyme song will sound indicating she is pregnant


-If the nursery rhyme soind sounds quickly look at the clock %26amp; note the time


-In 3 sims hours after the nursery rhyme bring up the cheat box and enter 'aging_on' without quotes


-If you do this correctly she should have twins, I read this on the interent and used it and it worked first time!
not for teenagers, buy yes you can have twins on the Sims 2 on PC... but only if you are lucky enough, even when you use the cheat, it doesn't always work. also, the twins aren't identical,





found this: type Forcetwins into the cheat box: With a pregnant sim selected, using this cheat transforms the pregnancy into a twin birth. (unlike twinsr2cute/twinzr2cute which, in my expirience, rarely works)
i'm thinkin with the boolProps code teens can have babies. even dudes is what i've heard. but yes twins are possible, just eat cheesecake if you pregnant lol, its worked everytime for me!
I think teenagers are too young to have babies. I don't think you can have twins on Sims 2, but you can on Sims 3.
Without a hack teenagers are not able to get pregnant.





And yes, you can have twins in Sims 2.
