Should teenagers who stab, have the word monster branded onto thier foreheads?

should the word monster be branded onto the foreheads of teenagers who stab%26gt;Should teenagers who stab, have the word monster branded onto thier foreheads?
They should have the word ';monster'; STABBED into their foreheads.

P.S. Princessbi, we've tried that. Your liberal idea of showing kindness to scum does not work.Should teenagers who stab, have the word monster branded onto thier foreheads?
It's interesting that a few centuries ago people were branded on the hand for things like poaching. Why is it that nowadays we cannot (for example) have the letter R branded onto the foreheads of known rapists? Everyone would at least know to steer clear.

With teenagers (or with anyone) you need to have the specific crime displayed on their foreheads. A single letter would probably do.

P for paedophile.
No. They should be properly educated and have to face up to their actions.

But they're teenagers. That makes them children, who have impaired judgement compared to an adult. Studies have shown that teenagers brains are immature as far as rational judgement and self control go.

These kids get into gang culture because they have poor self esteem, grow up in poverty and feel they have little chance for the future. Being in a gang that is into violence makes them feel 'big' and important. I'm not suggesting someone's background excuses violent crime, but to me it makes it at the least understandable, and I wouldn't suggest they should be pitied either.

Teenagers who get into trouble don't need overly harsh punishments, but they don't need sympathy either. They need to be given a proper chance at turning their life around.
Why JUST teenagers?

Adults stab people too..

I think it's out of order you stating TEENAGERS as the criminals, adults commit crimes too, so maybe they should also have the word 'monster branded on their foreheads.

As for you, you stereotyping twat, you should piss off and leave teenagers alone, most of whom don't do nothing to deserve the way they are treated.
I don't particularly favour that approach. I think there would be more mileage in appropriate custodial sentences and a more rationale approach to prison conditions, i.e. an end to the ';human rights'; cancer which has eliminated much of the punishment aspect of imprisonment and replaced it with colour tvs, games consoles, and access to drugs and mobile phones.
No they should be put in a room and the family of the victim should be allowed to administer the same to them...or just hang the little scroates.
yes,good idea,same as paedo's and murderers
